And just like when you choose your chocolates to eat from the Quality street tin you can choose your Christmas present, like the ever so popular 'Purple One'-
Marjoliane do always create beautiful and timeless pieces and this purple silk that is trimmed in delicate black eyelash lace set is just that. The chemise has that beautiful delicate eyelash lace tickling the top and then a deep lace section around the hem, perfect to sneak out under your little black dress over the party season! Then we have the matching robe, I do love a matching robe and slip set, but also this can have a more simple black slip. Imagine waking up and and slowly unwrapping this ensemble, heaven right? My personal favorite (well one of them at least) 'The Red One', dark chocolate ozzing with a soft strawberry creme centre mmmmmmmmmm and our 'Red One' just has to be the Dita Von Tease Red dahlia, also one of my personal favorite's and to say this set is amazing is an understatement. The fit is great, the colour is incredible and perfect for the festive season and even more perfect to be chased around the boudoir in before wearing out for cocktails on New Years Eve, everyone knows one must wear Red on New Years for luck, right?!., available up to a F cup and from a 30” back too. Go on, add it to your wish list and bring out that sexy glamorous retro goddess inside of you.
You could choose 'The Blue One '- blue is such an underrated colour in the Quality sweet tin, coconut, it is like a mini bounty bar. Blue is also understated in the lingerie world. I love blue lingerie and particularly this Eden Chic collection from Simone Perele. Here is the padded plunge but also has the half cup sheer lace cup available up to a G cup, this is another collection from a 30” back too. To finish off the Blue look how about this beautiful blue silk Vivis chemise? If you have had this slip before then you will know the amazing shape of it, and if you haven’t then you need it. For sure you need 'The Blue One'.
A wonderful alternative to the classic black or ivory, a delicate take on colour and a wonderful addition to your lingerie collection.
Then we have 'The Pink One'. Yummy sweet soft but hard fudge. The perfect treat. And this next set really is perfection. It’s actually from the Chantal Thomass Spring Summer 2018 collection and it has been flying out and I mean flying. We have just had a top up delivered so most sizes in stock but it does only go to an E cup and from a 32 back. Imagine opening this package, of course it will be wrapped in a big bow and then you can be wearing your very own bow on Christmas Day. It’s bow-tastic. It’s the pretty perfect pink present.
The Caramel One and Surely everyone loves caramel. The smooth silky caramel centre encased in milk chocolate just makes me think of this sumptuous caramel silk Christine gown. Now I am sure you have a Christine gown but do you have this colour? Every girl needs a glamour gown, wear it sipping your bucks fizz on Christmas morning or out for dinner for New Years, the perfect Underwear As Outerwear piece. Wear it with your pearl thong or cashmere cardigan, wear it anyway and you will feel a million dollars. This shape is just so perfect if you have a bigger bust, the pleats open up over your bust almost like a hand cupping your breasts, honestly it is incredible and it is a must on your wish list, perhaps add a nice black robe to finish you glam lounging at home look, either the sheer tulle trimmed in silk Dita Von Tease or the silk velvet from Vivis, or a chunky cashmere knit perhaps one from our neighbors Wild Swans (they stock beautiful knits) or we have a Brora in Islington too.
Next to come out of the chocolate tin is the Honey One, honeycomb to be exact, a bit like a marmite I guess, you either love it or loath it, just like this Aubade lingerie set pictured below. For me this is one of my absolute favorite sets ever ever ever, but I nearly didn’t order it, I couldn’t decide if I loved it or not. When I received the delivery and opened the box it was love at first sight -well second sight as I had seen it 6 months previous when I ordered it! This set is amazing, even if you are not an animal print fan I urge you to try it as it looks totally different on and is stupendous so swing by and try it quick and add it to your list. Comes in 30” backs!
I keep reading that shops are offering free gift wrapping, well in Tallulah it is always free gift wrapping, whether you are buying a gift for someone or the best sort of gift self gifting everything and I mean everything is wrapped for you in plenty of tissue paper and massive satin bows.
By all accounts it is a safe bet that if you swing by the boudoir and create your wish list then send your Santa in you will be sure to get at least something you really really want (and that fits) this Christmas. Ooh and 1 last thing, the perfumes we sell are incredible even if I do say so myself. Perfect unisex or gender neutral as we say nowadays ;-)
